    Faculty Profile - Dr. Lingyan Kong

    Dr. Lingyan Kong, of The University of Alabama, was recently awarded a $425,000 grant from the United States Department of Agriculture to study flavor stability in foods. Read more about his fascinating work here (LINK). Before he joined the University of Alabama, Dr. Kong worked as a postdoctoral scholar at Penn State and the USDA-ARS soft wheat quality lab.
